We landed in Hong Kong at 5:00am (5:00pm back home).The airport is alm
ost deserted at this time of day. We leave at 8:50am on our flight to Saigon. The Hong Kong flight lasted 14 hours. I was able to sleep about the first 7 hours (and I use "sleep" loosely). It's hard to describe a 14 hour plane flight. All I can say is that it feels better landing than taking off. I didn't practice sleeping in the upright position enough. The Hong Kong airport is a really beautiful place. It is surrounded by water and mountainous islands. It has been raining and the clouds and fog are hanging around the mountaintops. I threw in a picture for everyone to see. We leave here and we have a 2 1/2 hour flight to Saigon. We should be in our hotel around 12:00 if we don't have any trouble. More to come.

Jimmy and I are on the backside of the 4th celebration and we are t-a-r-d (tired) today. We sure did miss both of you. Your boys were in the best of behavior. Molly went bolistic when James entered her room and she went to screaming. Mrs. Debi thought something awful was happening to the kids and hurried upstairs to find James in Molly's room. Molly said to her, "James is going to d'stroy my room." And in which, of course, he didn't do anything of the sort--just Molly being Molly.
All the cookie Jars are gone. Every family took one home and wandered how you found the time to make these gifts given all you had to do to make preparations for your long journey to Jett.
Jimmy said that he is glad that you didn't need the fire starter that he showed you on Robert's porch.

Thank you so much for keeping us posted on what's going on. I feel like I am part of the trip. I visited Audra and children today, Jett will fit in fine. He must be really active in order to hang with them. I tried to send you a note earlier and don't know, if I did. Just be patient with me. You have my prayers and thoughts. Love Nanny (Louise)
We are so happy to know that your trip is going smoothly so far. We are praying for ALL of you. We missed you at the 4th party last night, but RJ enjoyed playing with James. He was happy to see him. Thank you for keeping us updated on everything. We are checking it all of the time. We can't wait to see that you have your baby Jett. We are glad that our RJ has another Fordham boy to grow up with. We love yall and will keep praying.
